zezek [зек – russ. Convict] deals with texts written in prison by Maxim Zink and other authors, which form a thread from the prisoners to freedom, to self-determined communication, to their survival and our knowledge of their life situation. zek #2 commemorates the fate of Masha Kalesnikava, Maxim Znak and other political prisoners.

For zek#2, the Argentinian composer Jorge Chikiar composed his experimental multimedia microopera "Entre Líneas" for performers, objects and electric agitators, which will be premiered at Gedok Stuttgart.
