European Parliament Sakharov Human Rights Prize

The opposition in Belarus, represented by its Coordination Council, receives the European Parliament's Sakharov Human Rights Prize. The prize is endowed with 50,000 euros and is usually presented in December in Strasbourg.
The prize was awarded to the collective opposition, whose representative, among others, is named Maria Kalesnikava.
